Our Control Center is used for the technical management of our products and for communication with our customers and cooperation partners.
Data protection and privacy
In this web application we only store information of our customers which are needed to manage our services and the access to them. Additional to email addresses we store real names and relations to purchased products, related distribution partners, and the status of payment. Any billing and payment information will be kept outside of this platform.
The technical background
The web application of the "Control Center" is based on Drupal with some technical interfaces to several technologies of our
CMS-Platform. For security reasons there is no direct control of servers. This web application is only storing configuration information which are checked and processed by server bash scripts. The control center is also the center of our access management to several services inkl. SSO to protected test systems. Read more on the
